01 — Design Development
We begin by working alongside the project team to review and develop the cabinetry package.
Design intent is translated into detailed, buildable information, resolving dimensions, construction details, materials, and coordination with other trades. This stage is about removing ambiguity and ensuring everything is ready for production.
02 — Documentation & Approval
Once developed, we produce a full set of shop drawings for review and sign-off.
We work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to refine details and ensure alignment before moving into manufacturing. Clear documentation at this stage helps avoid issues later.
03 — Manufacturing
Cabinetry is produced through our network of established international manufacturers.
We coordinate closely with production teams to ensure materials, finishes, and detailing are executed as specified. Quality control is carried out throughout the process to maintain consistency across the entire package.
04 — Shipping & Delivery
We manage the logistics from factory to site.
This includes packaging, shipping, and importation into New Zealand, as well as coordinating delivery timing to suit the construction programme. Our goal is to ensure cabinetry arrives in the right order and in the right condition for installation.
05 — Installation
Our installation team delivers and installs cabinetry on site with a focus on accuracy and finish.
We coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth sequencing and minimal disruption. Every element is installed to specification, with careful attention to alignment, tolerances, and detailing.
06 — Completion
We review the completed work to ensure it meets the required standard.
Any final adjustments are addressed, and the project is handed over complete — with cabinetry that reflects the original design intent and performs as expected in the space.
